Expanding Access: Eight UNC Charlotte Programs Launch Fully Online for 2026–2027
Digital & Professional Learning is excited to support the following academic programs as they launch or expand fully online offerings during the 2026–2027 academic year. Representing the College of Computing and Informatics, the Belk College of Business, the Cato College of Education, and the College of Humanities & Earth and Social Sciences, these programs provide students with the flexibility to earn a respected UNC Charlotte credential while balancing work, family, and other commitments.
New and expanded fully online offerings include:
- BA in Computer Science
- BS in Economics
- BA in Special Education
- BA in Criminal Justice
- BA in Early Childhood Education and Intervention
- MA in Spanish
- Graduate Certificate in Teaching: Health and Physical Education
- Graduate Certificate in Business Spanish
These additions reflect UNC Charlotte’s continued commitment to expanding access to high-demand academic programs and meeting the evolving needs of today’s learners.
