Online Minors
Does your department offer a minor that can be completed 100% online?
With the continued growth of online undergraduate programs, it is important for students and advisors to clearly identify which minors can be completed fully online.
In order to accurately communicate options for online minors, departments can now use Modern Campus Curriculum Program Form 5 (Program Delivery) to indicate online delivery for minors. Approved proposals will allow these minors to be displayed on the Undergraduate Programs website:
This effort is designed to increase the visibility for online delivery of minors to support advising and student planning. The “online” designation simply indicates that the required coursework can be completed fully online. Students will continue to declare the minor as usual. Access to courses is managed at the course level in Banner ensuring appropriate strategies remain in place for students who need or prefer online options.
