Meet the Digital & Professional Learning’s future-focused team who is paving the way for what’s next in education at UNC Charlotte and improving the unit’s process and policy infrastructure to make that future possible.

“The Strategy Team” drives data-informed decision-making at all levels of Digital & Professional Learning by bringing together business intelligence and workforce intelligence. We work with faculty, staff, and external partners to develop new programs including market driven campus partnership programs. To connect corporate partners to our programming, we establish and promote Tuition Benefit Partnerships.

In addition, we support policy development, regulatory compliance, and process improvement to help bridge communication and information gaps across Digital & Professional Learning teams and to solve issues faced by learners.

We Develop New Programs

We work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and external partners to develop market-aligned programs, including campus partnership initiatives and Tuition Benefit Parnerships that connect corporate partners to our programming.

We Bridge Gaps

We champion policies and practices that solve issues faced by learners and meet regulatory compliance standards. Within the Digital & Professional Learning unit, we help bridge process, communication, and information gaps between teams.
